Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales analytics or related decision-support functions.
- Hands-on analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboards, or product mgmt.
- Proven people leadership and change-management experience.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and define KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team as strategic partners.
- Move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decisions.
- Own analytics portfolio, evaluate value, and prioritize reports.
- Partner with sales and enterprise leaders to define decisions and KPIs.
- Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate and scalable.
- Establish governance and success measures balancing ops and strategy.
