Job summary

CVS Health in New Hampshire seeks a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform a delivery analytics team into a strategic, outcome-driven capability that informs decisions at the highest levels. You will set vision, partner with senior sales leaders, and drive adoption of insightful dashboards and data products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related decision-support function.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, dashboard development, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership experience, including setting direction and developing talent.
• Ability to rationalize a portfolio by value, usage, and effort to prioritize or retire products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team; set expectations and build strategic partnerships.
• Create and execute a change agenda from reactive reporting to proactive insight-led support.
• Own analytics product portfolio and roadmap; consolidate or retire low-value reports.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and translate priorities into dashboards and insights.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, scalable, and trusted for planning.
• Define governance, intake, prioritization, and success measures balancing ops and strategic growth.
• Lead data architecture collaborations and responsible AI adoption with technical leads.
