CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform an analytics team into a strategic partner for commercial sales decision-making. You will shape vision, drive accountability, and lead a product portfolio of dashboards and insights that inform executives and field leaders.

You will coach a multidisciplinary team, evolve governance, and deliver measurable business impact through adoption and data quality improvements across the sales function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, BI, or data products.
• Demonstrated people leadership, setting direction and building talent through change.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, define KPIs, and translate analytics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team to act as strategic business partners.
• Create and execute a change agenda from reactive reports to proactive, insight-led support.
• Own analytics product portfolio, evaluate value and prioritize dashboards.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify decisions analytics must enable and define KPIs.
• Ensure dashboards and forecasts are accurate, timely, and trusted for planning.
