Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• IHOP training certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and address guest complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; administer compensation and performance reviews.
• Maintain food safety, supplies, and equipment; inventory control.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; maintain personnel files.
