Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives for the unit as defined by SOPs and operations plan.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain frequent guest contact; address complaints professionally and promptly.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain employees; conduct coaching and administer the restaurant hourly compensation plan; document performance problems.
• Ensure food compliance with SOP in ingredients, recipes, plating, and garnishes; ensure proper temperatures and service times.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and equipment; set pars and order food timely.
• Develop and maintain a safety program; oversee safety meetings and updates.
