Job summary

Archimedes, a Denver-based health solutions company, seeks a Director of Proposals to lead a team of proposal professionals responsible for strategic, customer-focused responses and sales-related documents. You will guide analysis of opportunities, oversee content, and direct team effort to optimize resources and improve win rates.

The role requires 5+ years in proposal development, 2+ years in healthcare, and proven leadership with large projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
2+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
2+ years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
Large project management experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze opportunities and allocate resources for proposal development.
Oversee proposal content library and templates for accuracy.
Advise Sales on targeted strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Lead client acquisition/retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
Support staff with performance guarantees and best practices.
Oversee savings models and guarantees alignment with clinical strategy.
Collaborate with SMEs across the enterprise.
Coordinate projects, scheduling, and reporting.
