Job summary

Archimedes seeks a Director of Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals. You will guide the creation of strategic, client-focused proposals and related documents, align resources, and optimize response processes to win business in the healthcare space.

The role requires 5+ years in proposal development, 2+ years in healthcare, and strong leadership in large projects. You will mentor teams, oversee savings guarantees, and collaborate across the enterprise to

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
2+ years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver tangible results.
Large project management experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and discernment of opportunities to optimize proposal development resources.
Oversee proposal content library and templates for accuracy and currency.
Provide Sales with consultative support on strategies to enhance competitive advantage.
Lead client acquisition and retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
Mentor and develop staff, building a strong leadership pipeline.
