Archimedes is seeking a Director, Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals responsible for strategic customer-focused proposals and related sales documents.

The role analyzes RFP opportunities, aligns resources, and ensures timely, accurate responses that showcase Archimedes' best-in-class pharmacy benefit solutions, including financial models and guarantees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with high-performing teams required.
• Experience in professional services or health plan industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and management teams to create strategic content.
• Oversee content libraries, templates, and accuracy of information.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on proposal strategies and opportunities.
• Oversee financial savings models and performance guarantees for RFPs.
