Archimedes seeks a Director of Proposals to lead a team of proposal development and management professionals and to shape strategic responses to RFPs for healthcare clients.

The role oversees written proposals, financial outcomes, and savings guarantees, while building a high-performing team through coaching and talent development. Strong leadership and project mgmt experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• 2+ years working in health plan, PBM, or healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development team and manage content and financial outcomes.
• Oversee proposal templates and content library for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide consultative support to Sales for strategy and pursuit planning.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for RFPs and related documents.
• Mentor and develop team members to build strong future leadership pipeline.
