Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Director, Proposals to lead a team of proposal development professionals responsible for strategic, customer-focused proposals and sales documents for diverse client audiences. You will direct both written content and the associated financial outcomes of RFP responses.

You will mentor staff, optimize resources, collaborate with Sales and subject matter experts, and drive best practices to win competitive bids while aligning with Archimedes' pharmacy benefit solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years leadership experience with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in opportunity analysis to optimize proposal resources.
• Oversee proposal content management library and templates.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on targeted strategies.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
• Provide guidance on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee financial savings model outcomes and alignment with clinical strategies.
• Identify risks and trends in performance guarantees.
• Collaborate with SMEs across the enterprise.
• Support project coordination and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of sales strategies and market trends.
• Provide leadership to ensure aligned results and drive excellence.
