Job summary

Archimedes seeks a Director, Proposals to lead a team responsible for strategic proposal content and RFP responses that align with Archimedes' pharmacy benefit solutions. You will drive high-quality submissions and ensure clarity and timeliness.

You will oversee both written content and financial outcomes, including savings guarantees, while guiding staffing, recruiting, and talent development to meet goals and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2 years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver results in a professional services environment.
• Large project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and management teams to prepare strategic content.
• Oversee content management library and templates for accuracy.
• Provide consultative support to Sales on strategies for RFPs and related documents.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for RFPs and related materials.
• Provide support and guidance on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee financial savings model outcomes and guarantees for RFPs.
• Identify performance guarantee risks and trends.
• Collaborate with SMEs across the enterprise.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and reporting for proposals.
