Job summary

Archimedes seeks a Director of Proposals to lead a team delivering strategic, customer-focused proposals and sales documents across diverse client audiences. The role oversees written content and financial outcomes, shaping proposal savings estimates and guarantees.

The Director will oversee staffing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring alignment with Archimedes’ pharmacy benefit solutions and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• 2+ years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
• Large project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities to optimize proposal development resources.
• Oversee content library and templates for accuracy and freshness.
• Provide consultative support to Sales for targeted strategies in RFPs and related documents.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts specific to RFPs, RFIs, and best and final offers.
• Guide staff on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee savings model outcomes and guarantees aligned with clinical/business strategies.
• Identify performance risks and trends.
• Collaborate with SMEs across the enterprise for proposal input.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
