Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks a Vice President of Product Support to lead parts, service, training and product support sales across a multi-branch territory. Reporting to the COO, this executive will join the senior leadership team and oversee a substantial portion of the workforce.

The role focuses on improving operational performance, growing revenue, managing costs, strengthening customer relationships, and developing a high‑performing team across locations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in parts, service, and product support operations.
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive leadership and safety across locations.
• Oversee parts, inventory, and service operations across branch network.
• Develop and execute parts/service sales strategies for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product support with business goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop leaders across the organization.
