Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Support to lead parts, service, technical training, and product support sales across a multi-branch territory.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive will join the senior leadership team and oversee a substantial portion of the workforce. The VP will drive improvements in operational performance, grow parts and service revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and develop a high-performing team while advancing

Qualifications

• 20+ years leading parts, service, and product support operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Strong track record of improving operational performance and financial results.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills across multi-location teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across a multi-branch territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over parts, service, technical training, and product support sales.
• Oversee safety culture, cost control, and KPI-driven performance.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives with OEM partners and executive team.
• Lead talent development and succession planning across branches.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and operations to align objectives.
