Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Product Support to lead parts, service, training, and product support sales across a multi-branch network in the southeastern United States. The role reports to the COO and oversees roughly two-thirds of the workforce.

The executive will drive operational performance, grow parts and service revenue, manage expenses, strengthen customer relationships, and develop a high-performing team while advancing safety culture and long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in parts, service, and product support operations.
• Experience with a major equipment OEM or competitive equipment dealership preferred.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A proven track record of delivering sustained, measurable improvements in operational performance and financial results.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level operations across parts, service, training, and product support across multiple branches.
• Oversee inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, distribution, and parts availability.
• Drive service operations including field service, shop repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop parts and service sales strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Foster safety culture, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Use KPIs and financial analysis to improve productivity and control expenses.
