Zusammenfassung

Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Product Support to lead the company’s parts, service, technical training, and product support sales across a multi-branch territory. This executive reports to the COO and will oversee roughly two-thirds of the workforce, driving safety, efficiency, and profitability.

The role focuses on expanding revenue, improving service performance, and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in parts, service, and product support operations.
• Experience with a major equipment OEM or dealer.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and financial results.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data and performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Lead executive leadership and safety across locations.
• Oversee parts and inventory management across branch network.
• Head service operations including field service, shop repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop parts and service sales strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen product support capabilities in key markets (mining, quarry, aggregates).
• Oversee technical services, training, and workforce development programs.
• Use KPIs and financial analysis to drive productivity and cost control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, rental, marketing, IT, and talent development to align objectives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop leaders across parts and service organizations.
• Collaborate with executive team and OEM partners on strategic priorities.
