Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is recruiting a Vice President of Product Support to lead parts, service, training, and product support across a multi-branch territory. This executive will report to the COO and sit on the senior leadership team, guiding approximately two-thirds of the workforce.

The role emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and growth, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in parts, service, and product support operations.
• Experience with a major equipment OEM or large dealer network preferred.
• Proven Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across parts, service, training and product support.
• Oversee inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, distribution, and parts availability.
• Lead regional service operations, field service, and preventive maintenance to drive efficiency.
• Develop parts and service sales strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen product support in mining, quarry and aggregates markets.
• Oversee technical services and training to improve workforce capability.
• Collaborate with OEM partners and the executive team to drive growth and improvements.
