Energy Exemplar is seeking a Head of Solutions, Power Markets (West Region) to lead the presales team across the Western United States and Canada. You will own technical wins from discovery through to signed handoffs, driving value with PLEXOS, Aurora, and Adapt2 for utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and regulators.

Formación

• 10–15+ years in power markets, energy consulting, or utility planning.
• 5+ years leading technical presales or advisory teams.
• Experience with multiple market designs (ERCOT, CAISO, SPP, WECC, AESO, IESO).
• Hands-on modeling in production cost, capacity expansion, or resource adequacy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the West Region presales Solutions team of energy economists, power systems engineers, and modeling specialists.
• Own technical presales across discovery, design, demos, POC, and proposals for PLEXOS, Aurora, Adapt2.
• Partner with Sales on territory plans, account strategy, and pipeline reviews.
• Map business problems to Energy Exemplar solutions (resource adequacy, capacity expansion, transmission planning, trading).
• Design and deliver market-specific demonstrations and workshops to prove value and accelerate close.
• Scope and run proofs of concept and pilots with clear success criteria and exit decisions.
