Energy Exemplar seeks a Head of Solutions, Power Markets for the Western United States and Canada to lead the presales Solutions team and own the technical win across ERCOT, CAISO, SPP, WECC, AESO, and IESO. You’ll guide discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and pilots.

You will partner with Sales on territory plans, deliver market-specific workshops, and ensure strong handoffs to Services. Deep market expertise and a track record of translating software into measurable customer outcomes

• Leadership of presales team in a regional market.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and Services teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the West Region presales Solutions team.
• Own technical presales across the sales cycle for listed platforms.
• Partner with regional VP on territory plans and pipeline reviews.
• Lead discovery to map business problems to Energy Exemplar solutions.
• Design and deliver market-specific demonstrations and workshops.
• Manage proofs of concept with clear success criteria and exit decisions.
• Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and define statements of work.
