Job summary

The role emphasizes platform strategy, automation, cost optimization, and strong executive communication with stakeholders to accelerate delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software programs and reporting to Senior Leaders.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development.
• 4+ years of discovery sessions, workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and enablement activities.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years influencing stakeholders, manage vendor/budget relationships, and translate complex technical strategies.
• 2+ years of strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years mentoring resources and supporting knowledge transfer across teams.
• 2+ years leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices to embed security and observability.
• Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to design scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
• Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics while managing cloud costs and compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into the platform.
