Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
• 2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Delivery: Define and drive platform strategy and delivery with Architecture, Product owners and AppDev teams.
• Platform Engineering & Developer Experience: Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools to reduce developer cognitive load.
• DevOps & Automation Leadership: Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Solution Engineering & Integration: Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Team & Budget Management: Mentor and lead engineers, manage cloud spend budgets, vendor negotiations, and forecasting.
• Metrics & Governance: Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics and manage cloud costs and compliance.
• Emerging Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into delivery lifecycle.
