You will lead platform strategy, developer experience, and security across the software lifecycle, directing a high-performing team of engineers, DevOps and SREs to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The role requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software programs.
• 8+ years leading matrix teams.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO.
• 4+ years leading discovery sessions and enablement activities.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years influencing stakeholders and vendor relationships.
• 2+ years strong written and verbal communication for executive-ready materials.
• 2+ years mentoring resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools.
• Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps with security and observability.
