CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to guide the technology ecosystem for People and Community. You will lead reporting, analytics, and employee listening platforms, shaping enterprise investments and risk management.

You will oversee governance, data security, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal, driving equitable, human-centered decisions and reliable platform delivery.

Qualificações

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Familiarity with compliance, controls and security in HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute multi-year HR tech strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Oversee governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendors.
• Lead HR analytics and executive reporting to inform workforce strategy.
• Protect employee data and ensure responsible AI and automation use in People Systems.
