Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the technology ecosystem for People and Community. This remote role focuses on strategy, governance, and analytics, guiding enterprise decisions on AI, data, and workforce insights.

You will partner with executives to deliver secure, compliant, and impactful HR solutions. You will oversee HR systems, reporting, and employee listening, shaping enterprise workforce strategy while fostering an inclusive,

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday: configuration, security, testing, and support.
Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
System implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization across HR modules.
Compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the multi-year HR tech strategy and roadmap for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for HR tech.
Lead analytics, workforce reporting, and executive briefings for strategic decisions.
Protect employee data and ensure compliant, ethical AI usage in HR systems.
