CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, to lead the tech ecosystem for People and Community, drive analytics and employee listening, and partner with leaders across the enterprise to ensure secure, compliant, and equitable data-driven decisions.

The role directs the technology roadmap, considers AI and automation, and partners with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to optimize workforce insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Oversee governance of HR system configurations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner relationships for enterprise investments.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and drive equitable access to development opportunities.
• Oversee employee listening technology and reporting with privacy protections.
