CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights. This remote role leads the technology ecosystem for People and Community, shaping strategy, analytics, and employee listening platforms.

You will guide enterprise AI, data security, and governance while partnering with leaders across technology, risk, and HR. You will build and develop a high-performing HR systems and analytics team, own the division roadmap, and influence investments that improve employee

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with data governance, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience translating business questions into usable HR insights.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise HR system implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with cross-functional teams.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech forums influencing AI, security and data policies.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team; enable development and equitable access to opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Protect sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI use in decisions.
