Qualifications

• Education: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent; minimal related experience or training.
• Oral communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and seeks clarification.
• Written communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
• Customer service: Maintains a positive attitude; responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes; handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• License: Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other tasks as needed.
• Have thorough knowledge of all garage areas and local streets.
