Responsibilities

• Deliver on commitments by resolving client requests and communicating improvements to operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to maintain service quality.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, and budget oversight.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Implement policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
