Qualifications

• 4+ years running an office or workplace operations.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day SF headquarters operations including facilities, mail, access and equipment.
• Own office communications and ensure timely updates to the team.
• Manage vendor relationships, service levels and renewals.
• Plan and support team events, offsites and in-office weeks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate moves, seating changes and new-floor setups across spaces.
• Create and maintain office playbooks and FAQs; translate ops to new locations.
