interface.ai is hiring a founding US People Operations lead in San Francisco to own the entire employee experience from offer to everyday life. You will steward the SF office, drive culture, and scale HR operations as the team grows from 125 to 200+ globally.

You’ll partner with leadership on talent strategy, implement processes, and create a thriving in-person environment that aligns with our mission of democratizing financial wellness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations, HRBP, and Office Management in high-growth tech startups
• Knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
• Experience owning or co-owning an office space with vendor management
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability
• Strong communication with employees and stakeholders
• Builder mentality: identify gaps and fix them
• Genuine enthusiasm for culture and in-person workplaces

Responsabilités

• Build and run onboarding experience for new hires
• Own HR operations end-to-end in the US: offers, policies, records, benefits, compliance
• Lead office space strategy, vendor relationships, facilities decisions
• Create workplace programs and cultural touchpoints in-person
• Partner with Head of People on talent and people strategy as we grow globally
• Be the go-to resource for benefits, workplace needs, and HR topics
• Build scalable HR systems from scratch as the first US HR Ops hire
• Serve as the heartbeat of the SF office and foster community
