Ode with Anthropic seeks an experienced Office Operations Lead to run our San Francisco headquarters end-to-end. You will collaborate with leadership, Recruiting, and IT to scale our space as the company grows, using AI to streamline busywork and ensure a welcoming, productive environment for colleagues and visitors.

You will own day-to-day facilities, vendor relations, events, and internal communications, while driving efficiency, safety, and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running an office or workplace operations, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company.
• Experience using AI to automate office processes.
• Experience managing vendors and working within a budget.
• Strong communication and ability to own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations for SF headquarters, including supplies, equipment, furniture, mail, packages, and building access.
• Own office communications to ensure team is kept informed of changes.
• Be the day-to-day contact for building management and vendor relations.
• Plan and support team events, offsites, and in-office weeks with attention to details.
• Manage moves, seating changes, and new-floor setups, keeping the team informed.
• Build and run a central place for office requests with clear response times.
• Help translate ops to new locations and use AI to automate workflows.
• Run our EHS program, fire drills, and first aid readiness.
