CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will set the technical direction, lead architecture, and drive modernization at enterprise scale, aligning with business priorities and enterprise standards.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to build an automation-first platform, reusable patterns, and cost-aware operations while developing

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps/SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years of deep engineering experience in GCP, AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation and reusable patterns.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
• 5+ years defining or applying SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness criteria.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery with modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive-level visibility into roadmap progress and costs.
