CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, platform engineering, automation, and production readiness for Health100 and PCW, partnering across DevOps, SRE, network, security, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud services.

You will establish engineering standards, drive modernization, and mentor leaders while coordinating with executive stakeholders on

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
5+ years of technology leadership and architecture oversight.
7+ years in hands-on experience across GCP, AWS and Azure.
5+ years using Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD automation.
Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness criteria.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW.
Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Drive delivery plans, governance, and risk management with stakeholders.
Establish automation-first platform engineering and self-service capabilities.
Partner with SRE, security, FinOps and enterprise teams to ensure reliability and cost control.
Develop leaders and establish engineering standards, patterns and playbooks.
