CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS and Azure. You will set the technical direction, build the organization, and drive modernization while ensuring reliability and cost efficiency at enterprise scale.

You will partner across security, network, data, architecture, and application teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities, automation, and governance aligned with Health100 and PCW roadmaps.

Competenze

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform eng, DevOps, SRE or related fields.
• 5+ years in technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years in public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
• Experience with SLOs, SLIs, production readiness.

Mansioni

• Own multi-cloud platform strategy and roadmap across GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and provide executive visibility into roadmap and costs.
• Lead architecture, engineering, lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive automation, IaC, and self-service platform capabilities.
• Partner with SREs to ensure production readiness and reliability.
