CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute the multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will set technical direction, drive a multi-year roadmap, and build the organization and operating model needed to deliver at enterprise scale.

The role requires hands-on engineering leadership, collaboration across Security, FinOps, and Production SRE, and the ability to translate business priorities into scalable

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of deep engineering experience across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs, production-readiness criteria, and observability.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive automation, IaC, and scalable delivery with measurable outcomes.
