CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, automation, and production readiness, building an organization and operating model for enterprise-scale delivery across Health100 and PCW.

Expect to drive roadmaps, enable reusable patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud services.

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
5+ years in technology leadership or architecture leadership.
7+ years deep engineering in GCP/AWS/Azure and cloud foundations.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud platform strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle of enterprise cloud platforms.
Drive automation, IaC, and production readiness with cost awareness.
Ensure availability, resiliency, security, and observability from outset.
Partner with DevOps, Production SRE, and security teams for reliable operation.
Set standards, reviews, and patterns for reusable platform capabilities.
