CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. This senior leader will own roadmaps, drive architecture, and build a scalable, secure platform with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with DevOps, Production SRE, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture to align investments, establish standards, and advance modernization across the cloud modernisation program.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of deep engineering in at least one major cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• 7+ years in cloud foundations (networking, identity, security, Kubernetes, observability).
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and reusable patterns.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
• 5+ years defining SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness criteria.

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive automation, cost efficiency, and security integration from design to production.
• Convert roadmaps into executable delivery plans and manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish production-ready standards with observability, runbooks, and handoffs.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities and reusable engineering patterns.
