CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, automation, and production readiness for enterprise-scale cloud services, partnering with stakeholders to drive modernization and measurable outcomes.

You will build and lead a cloud platform team, establish engineering standards, and influence senior leaders on cloud investments and roadmaps.

Competenze

10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines.
5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
7+ years of deep engineering across GCP, AWS and Azure.
7+ years of experience with cloud foundations and landing zones (networking, identity, security, Kubernetes, etc).
5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation and reusable patterns.
5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.

Mansioni

Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Translate business priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
Provide executive-level visibility into roadmap progress, platform adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
