CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud strategy for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will define the roadmap, foster architectural standards, and ensure scalable, secure platform delivery.

In this role, you will build and lead an engineering organization, partner with DevOps, SRE, security, and enterprise teams, and drive modernization while optimizing cost and reliability for enterprise workloads.

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related fields.
5+ years in technology leadership and large-scale delivery.
7+ years across GCP, AWS and Azure with strong cloud foundations.
5+ years implementing Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and reusable patterns.

Mansioni

Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Translate business priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
Establish measurable outcomes and executive visibility into roadmap progress and costs.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Drive security, observability, resilience, and cost efficiency into platform design.
Partner with DevOps, Production SRE, Networking, Security, Data and Enterprise Architecture.
