CVS Health, Health100 and PCW are seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy spanning Google Cloud, AWS and Azure. You will set technical direction, build the organization, and drive a modern platform with strong emphasis on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

You will partner across Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cybersecurity, Identity and Data teams to deliver scalable, observable, and production-ready cloud capabilities, while

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years of engineering in GCP, AWS, and Azure with multi-cloud experience.
• 5+ years of Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation and reusable patterns.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams for production operation.
• 5+ years defining SLOs, SLIs, production-readiness criteria and observability.

Mansioni

• Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery with modernization and debt reduction.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive visibility into roadmap progress and platform adoption.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive engineering of cloud foundations, networking, identity, security, Kubernetes, data services and observability.
• Ensure architecture meets availability, resiliency, security, and cost requirements from the outset.
• Collaborate with Production SRE for reliability, incident response, and operational readiness.
