CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure, guiding platform modernization and enterprise-scale delivery. You will lead architecture, automation, and production readiness while partnering with DevOps, SRE, security, and enterprise teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud services.

This role emphasizes leadership, governance, and cost management with focus on reliability, performance, and efficient deployment

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
5+ years in technology leadership or equivalent.
7+ years deep engineering in at least one major public cloud: GCP/AWS/Azure.
5+ years Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation.
5+ years partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Convert priorities into executable delivery plans across internal teams, cloud providers, and partners.
Establish automation-first model using Terraform, IaC, CI/CD, reusable modules, and policy as code.
Partner with Production SRE to ensure platform services are reliable in production.
