Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. The role requires translating business priorities into a scalable engineering roadmap and leading a team to deliver enterprise-grade cloud platforms.

You will partner with Security, FinOps, and Production SRE to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency while enabling self-service capabilities for application teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 5+ years in technology leadership at scale.
• 7+ years across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and provide executive visibility into roadmap progress, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation and lifecycle management of cloud platforms.
• Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and reusable patterns.
• Partner with Production SRE, DevOps, and security teams to ensure production readiness.
