Lowes Foods in Cary, NC is seeking a supervisor to lead the Personal Shoppers for the Lowe's Foods To Go (LFTG) program. You will guide a team to pick orders accurately, engage guests, and ensure high standards of service in-store and curbside.

Your role includes scheduling, training, and maintaining safety and sanitation while driving key performance metrics and guest satisfaction. A positive, team‑oriented leader will thrive in this fast-growing channel.

Responsabilidades

• Support in-store and curbside marketing to promote LFTG services.
• Supervise and schedule the eCommerce team in the store.
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Execute duties of LFTG Personal Shoppers including fulfillment and guest communication.
• Publish and monitor business metrics (on-time orders, pick efficiency, etc.).
• Coordinate orientation and training with LFTG Field Specialist.
