Job summary

Kelly is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Learning & Development to shape enterprise learning strategy, foster a culture of continuous learning, and lead a team through the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs. Location is virtual with travel as required.

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of progressive L&D experience, leadership of enterprise initiatives, and deep expertise in instructional design, LMS stewardship (Workday preferred), and aligning learning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Expertise in enterprise-wide learning strategies and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and learning tech.
• Experience managing LMS and digital platforms; Workday preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project skills.
• Analytical mindset with learning metrics driving improvement.
• Experience leading high-performing L&D teams and managing vendors.
• Certifications CPTD/ATD/SHRM/HRCI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, standards, and roadmap for learning and development.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and scalable solutions.
• Lead onboarding, technical training, leadership and professional programs.
• Oversee learning delivery models with internal teams and external partners.
• Establish governance and metrics linking learning to outcomes.
• Coordinate learning service delivery across the enterprise.
• Use data analytics to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team; manage vendor relationships.
