Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development in New York to own internal learning programs and drive employee growth. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, manage end-to-end program delivery, instructional design, live virtual facilitation, and WorkRamp LMS administration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in talent development, strong project management and consulting skills, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Experience facilitating live virtual trainings (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Strong instructional design principles and methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills with scheduling and logistics management.
• Agency or client delivery experience is a plus.
• Innovative mindset with AI tools in learning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations of internal learning programs (scheduling, content maintenance, SME support, logistics).
• Lead first-day onboarding trainings for new hires.
• Develop, roll out, and implement ad hoc training initiatives, including live events.
• Conduct needs analyses to align training with business objectives and compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions and internal teams to identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead content development and manage external vendors when needed.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) and manage breakout rooms and recordings.
• Coach SMEs on facilitation and presentation best practices.
• Design ILT guides, eLearning modules, and performance support tools.
• Translate complex content into scalable learning paths with SMEs.
• Administer WorkRamp LMS: content uploads, tracking, and reporting.
• Launch and maintain Growth tools and performance plans (30-60-90 day plans, 1:1s).
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys and metrics; report insights.
• Share best practices and drive continuous program improvements to impact.
