Job summary

Child-Development-Schools is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Delivery to spearhead the vision, design, and measurement of enterprise learning programs. You will coach instructional designers and trainers, partner with executives, and drive scalable, data-driven capability initiatives across the organization.

The role is remote-first with 20-30% travel, emphasizing high-quality learning experiences and alignment of outcomes with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in learning, training, enablement, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience with LMS administration and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with CDS priorities and objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop learning professionals: instructional designers and training facilitators.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify capability gaps and define learning requirements.
• Build learning roadmaps for onboarding, role readiness, and upskilling.
• Manage end-to-end learning program lifecycles with planning, deployment, and evaluation.
• Establish success metrics and reporting to measure impact.
