Job summary

Kepler Group is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to own and drive internal learning programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to elevate performance, growth, and organizational capability while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in talent development, strong project management, and a passion for continuous learning with measurable business impact. Expect hands-on facilitation, LMS duties, and tool adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven track record facilitating engaging live virtual trainings.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with LMS administration (WorkRamp) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently own and manage daily operations of internal learning programs, including scheduling and content maintenance.
• Lead first-day onboarding trainings for new hires.
• Develop and rollout ad hoc training initiatives and live events as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze needs and align solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions and internal teams to identify gaps and enable learning improvements.
• Lead content development and manage external vendors when appropriate.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions (Zoom, Google Meet) with breakout rooms and recordings.
• Coach SMEs on facilitation techniques and best practices.
• Design ILT guides, eLearning modules, and performance support tools.
• Translate complex content into scalable training pathways with SMEs.
