Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Learning & Development to shape the enterprise learning strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning. This director-level role leads a team delivering needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and measurement of learning programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D, with enterprise-wide strategy, leadership of teams, and experience in LMS platforms (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development with leadership experience.
• Enterprise learning strategy and leadership of programs.
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for learning and development.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify gaps and invest in scalable solutions.
• Lead onboarding, technical training, leadership and professional programs.
• Establish governance and metrics linking learning to business outcomes.
• Oversee delivery models with internal teams and external vendors.
