Job summary

Premise is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to develop and execute enterprise-wide education programs. The role focuses on leadership development, technical training creation, onboarding, and continuous improvement across field and office operations.

You will manage LMS operations, collaborate with department leaders, and build a culture of readiness and safety. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Seven+ years in Learning & Development with enterprise-wide scope.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs.
• Experience developing leadership development programs.
• Experience creating technical training materials.
• Administering learning management systems.
• Partnering with schools/trade organizations.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• OSHA knowledge.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategy.
• Create annual and multi-year training and development roadmaps.
• Partner with field leadership to identify skill gaps and ramp up employees.
• Lead craft development and apprenticeship programs.
• Develop and deliver blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, on-site).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create current content.
• Own onboarding programs to accelerate productivity and reinforce culture.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Maintain operational knowledge documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure knowledge is documented and shared across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with company values.
• Manage LMS, training calendar, scheduling, vendors, and compliance.
• Establish metrics and continuously improve programs based on outcomes.
