Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to own internal learning programs, partnering across functions to elevate performance and capability. The role balances strategy with hands-on execution, handling end-to-end program management, instructional design, live virtual facilitation, and LMS administration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in talent development, strong PM and consulting skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving business impact

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven track record facilitating engaging live virtual trainings using Zoom/Google Meet.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to consult with leadership.
• LMS administration experience (WorkRamp) and familiarity with performance management platforms (Lattice).
• Innovative mindset with interest in generative AI tools for learning workflows.
• Agency or client delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of internal learning programs: scheduling, content maintenance, SME support, and communications logistics.
• Lead first-day onboarding training sessions for new hires.
• Support development and rollout of ad hoc training initiatives, including live events.
• Guide stakeholders through needs analyses to align solutions with business goals and compliance.
• Partner with Client Solutions and other departments to address training gaps and improvements.
• Lead content development and sourcing external vendors when needed.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions (Zoom/Meet) with breakout rooms and recordings.
• Coach SMEs on facilitation techniques and presentation skills.
• Design ILT guides, eLearning modules, and performance support tools.
• Translate complex content into scalable learner pathways; manage LMS WorkRamp content and reporting.
• Roll out key performance and growth tools (30-60-90 plans, Growth Tool).
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys, focus groups, and metrics; drive continuous improvement.
